The Westin Cincinnati is committed to providing a unique and memorable experience for our guests. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest interaction is nothing short of exceptional.

About the Role

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
  • Managing front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, processing payments, and handling room assignments
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations
  • Conducting room checks to ensure that all rooms meet our high standards
  • Staying up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures, as well as local attractions and events

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
