DeLine Box Co. is a renowned custom packaging manufacturer based in north Denver, CO, boasting over 100 years of experience. As we continue to excel in our field, we're seeking a skilled Bilingual HR Coordinator to provide top-notch support for our 125-person team.

About the Role
  • This role involves handling various tasks to ensure seamless daily operations within the Human Resource department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, including company policies, and assist with policy explanations when necessary.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files using ATS Software (Bamboo HR).
  3. Support administrative tasks related to recruiting, such as posting job openings, arranging interviews, extending offers, processing background checks, onboarding new hires, and initial check-ins.
  4. Assist in preparing performance reviews and terminations.
  5. Prepare correspondence as requested and process I-9 forms, verify documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  6. Process new-hire background checks and accurately enroll employees into benefits.
  7. Maintain HR documents, including org charts and new hire packets.
  8. Organize on-site events and perform other duties assigned to support company goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-year experience working as a HR Coordinator, required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English, required.
  • High level of computer proficiency required, with Bamboo HR experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ethics, cultural awareness, and social perceptiveness.
  • Service Orientation - actively looking for ways to help people.
  • Ability to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule with punctual attendance.
Work Environment and Compensation
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
  • On-site role in Denver at approx. I-70/Peoria.
  • Business Casual working environment.
  • $26-$28/hour, depending on experience.
  • Potential for quarterly bonuses based on performance.
  • Eligibility for voluntary health, dental, vision, supplemental life, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending accounts.
  • 100% company-paid $25,000 basic Life/AD&D Insurance.
  • 100% company-paid short-term disability insurance and long-term disability insurance.
  • Ten (10) company-paid holidays per calendar year.
