Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in driving business success by executing human resources programs, initiatives, and policies that foster equitable development and treatment of personnel. This position reports to leadership and collaborates on local, regional, and corporate projects.

Responsibilities
  • E nsure compliance with State and Federal regulatory agencies and employment laws.
  • Investigate workplace issues, disciplinary actions, and associate and applicant appeals.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to department officials and individuals.
  • Oversee the performance management process, working with leaders on associate reviews and coaching.
  • Create and maintain workforce staffing plans with OpCo leaders.
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts to ensure competent, diverse, and skilled associates are hired.
  • Develop and implement compensation policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Communicate compensation strategies and policies to associates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, three years in a supervisory position preferred, or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.
