About the Role

As an Executive Assistant to the VP, Product Support, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Product Support team. This includes managing the VP's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct support to the VP, Product Support, including attending meetings, tracking agendas, and capturing action items
* Manage the VP's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
* Coordinate travel arrangements for the VP and other team members
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expense reports and paperwork

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
