Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to a department head or group of individuals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and domestic and international travel.
- Distribute meeting agendas, packages, and track due dates.
- Accurately track expenses and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks.
- Own various department projects and assist with communication and training coordination.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- 4+ years of direct executive support experience in large organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- SharePoint knowledge a plus.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Tech savviness and ability to learn new software quickly.
Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
