Job Summary

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to a department head or group of individuals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and domestic and international travel.
  • Distribute meeting agendas, packages, and track due dates.
  • Accurately track expenses and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks.
  • Own various department projects and assist with communication and training coordination.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 4+ years of direct executive support experience in large organizations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • SharePoint knowledge a plus.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech savviness and ability to learn new software quickly.

Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40.
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
