The Role:
As a Technical Product Delivery Manager, Community Support AI at SUPPORT PARENTSGISP, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our AI-powered products. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and priorities.
• Develop and manage project plans, including sprint schedules and execution tools.
• Work with product managers and technical program managers to prepare program status reports and executive briefings.
• Manage dependencies and unblock teams to align project plans and business needs.

A Typical Day:
• Develop and continuously optimize delivery activities and processes.
• Act as a trusted partner for the product leader to develop a holistic project management process.
• Work with the product and program leadership team to mature program and project management frameworks and tools.
• Align with stakeholders on dependency management, timelines, and progress communication.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in a technical field, preferably computer science and related fields.
• Minimum 8+ years of project or technical project/program management experience.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale complex technical product development and roll-outs.
• Industry certifications, such as PMP, ScrumMaster, and experience with Atlassian tools and other project management tools.
• Experience managing external vendors and demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.
