This role is primarily responsible for supervising teams within our Telecommunications Division. General Foremen typically oversee 3 to 5 crew members directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee crew operations, ensuring safety, project management, and effective client communication.
  • Plan and organize job layouts to achieve daily and weekly production targets while adhering to contract timelines.
  • Implement and uphold OSHA and customer safety standards to mitigate risks to personnel and property.
  • Serve as a self-motivated leader and positive influence for the crew.
  • Facilitate effective communication with Area Managers, Superintendents, and clients.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials at job sites.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including overtime, and travel as required for certain projects.
  • Engage in physical labor outdoors, including in adverse weather conditions.

Position Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman in the utility or construction sector is required.
  • A valid Driver's License is required; a CDL is preferred.
