This role primarily involves supervising teams within our Telecommunications Division. General Foremen typically oversee 3 to 5 crew members directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee crew operations, ensuring safety, project management, and client relations on-site.
• Plan and layout jobs within the respective division to achieve daily and weekly production targets while adhering to contract timelines.
• Implement and uphold OSHA and client safety standards to mitigate risks to personnel and property.
• Serve as a self-motivated and positive role model for crew members.
• Communicate effectively with Area Managers, Superintendents, and clients.
• Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials at job sites.
• Exhibit flexibility in work hours, including potential overtime and travel for certain projects.
• Engage in physical labor outdoors, even in adverse weather conditions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the utility or construction sector.
• Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred.
