STARTING PAY:

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Three Shift Options
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with outgoing operators to gather essential job information
  • Ensure production efficiency aligns with established standards
  • Conduct inspections and package products according to job specifications
  • Perform visual inspections to guarantee defect-free components
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
  • Provide accurate scrap counts at the conclusion of each shift
  • Utilize hand tools and components simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Supervisors regarding any issues
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including prolonged standing, occasional walking, and light lifting
  • Proficient in reading and understanding written English
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Regular on-site attendance is mandatory
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift
