Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all stationary equipment at our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair a variety of industrial equipment, including crushers, conveyors, vibrators, screens, speed reducers, feeders, and air compressors.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine the most effective repair methods.
  • Install, assemble, and adjust bearings, bushings, shafts, gears, and pins with precision.
  • Utilize power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and fabrications.
  • Sharpen and maintain cutting tools such as drills and cutters.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair
  • Proficiency in welding, cutting, fitting, and metal fabrication techniques
  • Ability to interpret and utilize service/maintenance manuals for equipment troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience operating steam cleaners for equipment cleaning
  • Skilled in gas or electric welding, including brazing and cutting; capable of welding in flat and vertical positions
  • Knowledge of selecting appropriate welding rods for various metals and materials
  • Ability to fabricate structural components from provided instructions
  • Experience installing and repairing bearings, speed reducers, shafts, pulleys, couplings, sheaves, and belts
  • Familiarity with crushing, screening, and conveying equipment repair
  • Water pump repair experience
