US Facilities Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive facility management solutions, is currently looking for a Building Maintenance Technician.


The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within the general maintenance sector, including light plumbing, changing light bulbs, drywall repairs, and painting.

This role emphasizes the importance of conducting preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting various maintenance challenges. The technician will engage in a variety of facility-related repairs and minor fabrications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs while assisting the Building Engineer.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs.
  • Effectively communicate maintenance issues to the project manager.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and external contractors as necessary.
  • Utilize both power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.


Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in general building maintenance.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and installations, as well as diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Willingness to work a weekend schedule, with regular hours from Saturday through Wednesday.
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
