Position Overview:

In the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist within the US Finance team, you will be instrumental in guiding the organization towards its strategic and financial goals across various timeframes. As part of the Finance Team, your focus will be on initiatives that promote growth, optimize expenses, conduct financial analysis, and evaluate commission structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership.
  • Identify trends in key performance indicators, propose financial improvements, and provide timely recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and implement automation solutions.
  • Support the development of management reports and templates.
  • Utilize analytical skills for ad hoc decision-making support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for data management systems and aid in the updates of financial models.
  • Extract meaningful insights from diverse data sources.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Able to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable metrics.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, adept at meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for engaging with department heads and management.
  • Experience with financial systems is advantageous.
  • Prior knowledge of TM1 is beneficial.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis with a strong willingness to learn.
