As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for driving month-end close and forecast activities, providing metrics and KPIs to improve operational efficiency, and analyzing financial information to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Drive month-end close and forecast activities, including general ledger entries, revenue recognition, expense accruals, expense forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Business Intelligence: Provide metrics and KPIs that improve key drivers of operations and enable effective management, decision-making, and execution.
  • Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze financial information using various reporting tools.
  • Financial Compliance: Analyze reports and accounts to ensure financial information has been accurately recorded.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and developments in business performance and report them to management.
  • Strategic Planning: Perform analysis, financial planning, and provide recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic goals.
  • Special Projects: Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategy initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or accounting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and large ERP systems. Experience with consolidation applications such as Host Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Self-starter with willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects.
