Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key resource for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring adherence to fiscal policies.
  • Oversee the timely preparation and distribution of financial and statistical reports to enhance workflow and communication.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and engage in special projects, providing technical expertise for ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Assist in the development of annual capital and operating budgets, reviewing budget reports and monitoring actual results against projections.
  • Examine reports and general ledger transactions for various cost centers, analyzing financial activities to ensure accountability.
  • Manage and reconcile contractual agreements and petty cash balances, facilitating necessary corrections for accurate tracking.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and revenue streams, ensuring timely recording and collection of outstanding balances.
  • Serve as a resource for management in the design and preparation of financial analyses as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction, implementing recommendations to support organizational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines impacting finance and accounting.
  • Develop effective internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and accreditation requirements.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in finance and accounting through continuous professional development.
