Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist
- Hybrid position

Reporting directly to our VP of Business Operations, Analytics, and FP&A, you will collaborate across departments to establish objectives, formulate budgets, and derive insights that facilitate accelerated growth and improved profitability. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to define operational targets, oversee regular forecasts, and construct annual budgets.
  • Evaluate business performance against plans and forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis; identify avenues for growth and profitability enhancement.
  • Design and refine dynamic financial and metrics dashboards.
  • Prepare financial statements, metrics reports, and insights for routine Board meetings.
  • Play a pivotal role in consolidating financial operations across newly acquired entities.
  • Examine SaaS metrics and extract key insights regarding performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop business models and analyze data to inform tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, and Accounting teams to provide forecasts on gross bookings, churn & contraction, and revenue.
  • Lead various ad hoc analyses.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Experience with SaaS business models.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on model building and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Zuora, Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools.
