Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation:
  • $16-$18 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule service appointments.
  • Utilize our software system to manage and process customer communications effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and providing suitable solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Promote and explain service programs to existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information in our systems.
  • Coordinate service installations and adjustments.
  • Process customer payments and manage account documentation.
  • Collaborate with field service teams and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and customer service software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
