Position Summary: The Client Relations Specialist/Wealth Management Associate will be integral in providing exceptional client service and assisting Wealth Advisors during client interactions. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, trade-related activities, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills, with aspirations to advance as a Wealth Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Support:

  • Address client inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Manage trade-related client services, including scheduling and executing fund transfers, and conducting capital gains research.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts, develop strategic plans, and monitor funding processes.
  • Oversee eMoney maintenance, including account setup, profile modifications, financial plan establishment, and investment updates.

Advisor Support in Client Meetings:

  • Prepare meeting materials and pertinent information for advisors, including financial planning data collection.
  • Participate in client meetings, document notes, assign tasks, and follow up with necessary communications.
  • Execute action items resulting from meetings as appropriate.

Compliance & Review Duties:

  • Conduct compliance tasks such as new account evaluations and cash balance reporting.
  • Perform random account assessments and maintain monthly trade records.
  • Manage the tracking of received checks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services or wealth management is required.
  • Basic understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and client relationship management software.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
  • Aspirations to transition into a wealth advisor role.
