Position Overview:

As a Software Engineer specializing in Modeling and Simulation, you will play a critical role in developing robust systems that meet user needs. Your expertise in back-end development will be essential in creating efficient and scalable solutions that address complex challenges faced by our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 3+ years of experience in C++ to design and implement software applications.
  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance.
  • Apply your knowledge of modeling and simulation to generate effective solutions for diverse applications.
  • Ensure the software architecture aligns with operational requirements and future enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in software development, including both back-end and front-end technologies.
  • Ability to tackle complex problems in a team-oriented environment.
  • Secret clearance is required for this position.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with simulation models, including Radar and Sensors.
  • Experience with modeling frameworks like AFSIM.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
  • Understanding of data modeling architecture and automated testing tools.
