As a Modeling and Simulation Development Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing robust back-end solutions that enhance user experience. Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 3+ years of experience in C++ to develop and refine software applications.
- Engage in the design, modification, and implementation of software programming applications.
- Collaborate with a team to create comprehensive solutions using both back-end and front-end technologies.
- Generate and enhance code samples for existing applications, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Address complex challenges through innovative modeling and simulation development.
- Maintain a focus on the architecture and operational environment of the solutions you develop.
Required Qualifications:
- Secret clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics.
- Experience in creating solutions within a collaborative team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with simulation models, including those related to Radar, Sensors, or Aircraft.
- Experience with modeling and simulation frameworks like AFSIM.
- Proficiency in scripting for large data sets, particularly in pre- or post-processing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Data Modeling Architecture and automated testing tools.
