Position Overview:

As a Software Engineer specializing in Modeling and Simulation, you will play a critical role in developing robust systems that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in back-end development will be essential in creating user-centric solutions that integrate clean code, APIs, and analytics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 3+ years of experience in C++ to design, modify, and implement software applications.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop complete solutions using both back-end and front-end programming languages.
  • Contribute to the creation of custom tools and systems, ensuring consistent performance and scalability.
  • Address complex challenges through innovative modeling and simulation development.
  • Maintain a focus on architecture and operational environments while considering future enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics.
  • Secret clearance is required for this position.
  • Experience in modeling and simulation frameworks, particularly with tools like AFSIM.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automated testing tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with simulation models related to Radar, Sensors, or Aircraft.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and optimize workflows through automation.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling Architecture.
