About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our corporate operations team at Recruit Monitor. This is a full-time opportunity to work remotely with a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.

The successful candidate will have high school diploma or higher with equivalent experience, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling meetings and events, setting up resources and technology, and creating meeting materials.
  • Managing system and building access requests, processing invoices, ordering office supplies, and compiling information for reports.
  • Preparing outgoing mail, performing BSL tasks, managing calendars, booking travel, and submitting expense reports.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience providing event or team-level administrative support, working with multiple executive calendars, and working in a large, fast-paced corporate environment.
