Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Brigham and Women's Hospital Department of Medicine (DOM). As a key member of our academic affairs team, you will provide administrative support to our faculty and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to faculty and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with hospital and departmental policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for faculty and staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or academic setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
