Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new Breakroom customers by hunting within assigned territory and leveraging sales expertise, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress, and continuously updating CRM to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market data to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales Operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and maximize Share of Wallet.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of successful prospecting experience.
- Breakroom sales experience and/or industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM).
