Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
  • Manage marketing programs and campaigns to promote our services
  • Collaborate with the franchisor and regional marketing manager to achieve business objectives
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor online reviews and feedback
  • Attend business networking functions and trade shows to promote our business

Requirements:

  • Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree
  • Two or more years' sales and marketing experience
  • Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
