Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Autism 360. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the success of our organization and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our employees and clients.
The Human Resources Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the HR Department by providing administrative assistance, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Department with administrative tasks, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of recent HR experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Competitive salary range $35,000 - $40,000 per year
