Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will collaborate with program stakeholders and partners to ensure the integrity of inputs and adherence to baseline standards, aligning with both governmental and corporate expectations. The ideal applicant will be a proactive team contributor, adept at independently managing and delivering precise support for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) utilizing MS Project. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of scheduling best practices and compliance, capable of providing insights that facilitate informed program management decisions.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR Master's degree with 6+ years of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with MS Project, ideally within a software or systems engineering context.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with Program leadership, Control Account Managers, and Product Owners to identify project dependencies and develop schedules that meet program objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and monitor program execution towards key milestones and performance criteria.
  • Experience in applying data analytics to streamline technical requirements and establish performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) project management guidelines for effective schedule evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with all management levels.
  • Must possess a minimum of Top Secret clearance with the capability to upgrade to TS/SCI and pass a polygraph examination as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira or similar project tracking tools.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
  • Background in Agile project management and software development practices.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and application deployment strategies.
