Job Summary

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Program Control Schedule Analyst to support a dynamic program in Chantilly, Virginia. This candidate will have experience in the use of scheduling tools, particularly MS Project (2010+), and a solid understanding of MS Office tools. Demonstrable knowledge of critical path processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough review of monthly schedule submittals from contractors to the government, identifying schedule drivers and changes from month to month.
  • Produce meaningful metrics and respond to customer questions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Present analyses monthly in various formats and customer forums, effectively communicating complex information.
  • Identify areas of potential conflict and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Support Integrated Baseline Reviews and other duties as specified by the COTR and Program Manager.

Requirements

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.


• 5+ years of experience, and Bachelor's Degree (or applicable additional experience)


• Experience using MS Project to plan programs


• Experience with MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, & Access


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate requirements to accomplish goals with timeliness and accuracy


• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to travel domestically


• Experience in NRO, IC, and DoD acquisition and program management processes


• Previous experience in the program office

Active TS/SCI with Poly is required to start
