Job Description

Apogee Integration LLC is seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule with integrated milestones and linked dependencies across Infrastructure Services as well as System and Enterprise level Domain milestones.

The Scheduler will be responsible for compiling, updating, and delivering the Integrated Master Schedule with integrated milestones and linked dependencies. Additionally, the candidate will schedule and assist in process improvements that will benefit integrating schedules.

The Scheduler will gather and consolidate schedule data from staff meetings, engineering boards, readiness events, engineering artifacts, and board-approved Request for Change (RFC) documentation. The candidate will also format Microsoft Project documentation in presentable form to include call-out boxes, graphics, etc. in support of product delivery milestones.

The Scheduler will operate the Enterprise Schedule Server Tool, input data, produce reports, and generate schedule artifacts. The candidate will perform critical path analysis to help develop mitigation plans of schedule change impacts and associated risks.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or other STEM degree program or related equivalent additional experience, related in technical discipline. The candidate should have extensive experience with Microsoft Project, critical path analysis, and 3+ years in Systems Engineering or related field.

Desired skills include experience with GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or COMM systems and overall space and ground architecture, as well as core Systems Engineering Disciplines (Requirements, Schedule, Risk, Readiness, System Closure, VV&T, etc.). The candidate should also have familiarity with the Intelligence Community and associated government agencies.
