Master Scheduler/Schedule Analyst

Overview
At Sciolex Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Master Scheduler/Schedule Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project and program level Integrated Master Schedules.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project and program level Integrated Master Schedules.
- Perform analysis and provide status for project schedules for submission to Government personnel.
- Provide recommendations for alternative courses of action and status updates to ensure customers, service providers, and teams maintain awareness of current program statuses.
- Work collaboratively across the enterprise and with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities with IT portfolio managers, policy leads, resource managers, and program managers.
- Capture, document, and present analysis process, findings, and project statuses to decision makers.
- Understand, document, and communicate enterprise interdependencies.
- Ensure meeting coordination, scope clarity, policy compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the Government customer to analyze schedules, and make recommendations related to management of the schedule, performance status, project contract actions, system dependencies, and critical path.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Ability to maintain associated schedule milestones and related sub-projects.
