Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler/Schedule Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project and program level Integrated Master Schedules. This will involve analyzing and providing status for project schedules, as well as making recommendations for alternative courses of action and providing status updates to ensure customers, service providers, and teams maintain awareness of current program statuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project and program level Integrated Master Schedules
  • Analyze and provide status for project schedules
  • Make recommendations for alternative courses of action
  • Provide status updates to ensure customers, service providers, and teams maintain awareness of current program statuses
  • Work collaboratively across the enterprise and with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities with IT portfolio managers, policy leads, resource managers, and program managers
  • Capture, document, and present analysis process, findings, and project statuses to decision makers
  • Understand, document, and communicate enterprise interdependencies
  • Ensure meeting coordination, scope clarity, policy compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Work closely with the Government customer to analyze schedules, and make recommendations related to management of the schedule, performance status, project contract actions, system dependencies, and critical path
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to maintain associated schedule milestones and related sub-projects
