Account Growth Specialist

Morph Management is a leading provider of customer service and sales solutions seeking an experienced Telecommunications Account Manager to join our team in the Boston area. As a key member of our Customer Service and Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing sales cycles, developing relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Manage sales cycles from introduction to closing
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary estimate: $62,000 - $82,000 per year
