Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at PEAK Event Services. As an experienced hospitality professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our company by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic sales plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the events industry and has a proven track record of success in sales. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their event rental requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A salary of $60,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission, is being offered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
- Drive sales growth and revenue through targeted marketing and sales efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide expert knowledge of event rentals and services
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in hospitality sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field
