Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts within a specific territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate sales proposals and deliver samples to clients.
- Promptly respond to administrative requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Document special orders and track client activity.
- Sell special warehouse items and promote additional revenue streams.
- Measure apartment floor plans and develop seaming diagrams to support sales efforts.
- Assist in resolving installation problems and customer complaints.
- Participate in local trade associations and attend branch sales meetings.
- Perform various tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Proven ability to set and attain goals.
- Highly energetic and aggressive approach to sales.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude and behavior.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
