Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts within a specific territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate sales proposals and deliver samples to clients.
  • Promptly respond to administrative requests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Document special orders and track client activity.
  • Sell special warehouse items and promote additional revenue streams.
  • Measure apartment floor plans and develop seaming diagrams to support sales efforts.
  • Assist in resolving installation problems and customer complaints.
  • Participate in local trade associations and attend branch sales meetings.
  • Perform various tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to set and attain goals.
  • Highly energetic and aggressive approach to sales.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional attitude and behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
