Key Responsibilities- Coordinates and participates in daily clinic preparation, including patient identification, check-in, and charge posting.
- Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring patients' needs are met.
- Manages cash transactions and maintains accurate records.
- Schedules patient appointments and coordinates with healthcare teams.
- Reports medical information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
- Associate's degree in a related field or three years of experience in an office/customer service environment.
- Successful completion of a medical terminology course within one year of start date.
- Previous public contact position, basic computer skills, and experience with general office equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using medical terminology and insurance coverage rules.
