Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team at Resources for Human Development. As a Community Health Specialist, you will provide primary medical care to individuals in need of detoxification services and work closely with women who have substance use treatment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily medication monitoring and medical services to residents in the program.
  • Build relationships with contracted pharmacies and outside medical providers to support residents' overall wellness.
  • Supervise client submission of urine for analysis and participate in weekly clinical rounds and case consultations.
  • Track and order medication refills and complete documentation in a SOAP note format.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a drug and alcohol detoxification setting or with individuals on medication-assisted treatment.
  • Preference given to individuals with experience as community nurses outside of a hospital setting.
  • Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse licensure and valid driver's license required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $33.00 for LPN and $50.06 for RN.
  • $3000 sign-on bonus available for LPN and $4000 sign-on bonus available for RN.
