The Role
We are in search of a driven and results-focused professional to join our expanding FP&A team. The ideal candidate will combine robust analytical capabilities with a comprehensive, strategic perspective on business performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.

This position will work closely with our exceptional Marketing division, collaborating to utilize advanced strategic modeling and performance analysis to generate significant insights regarding expense planning, marketing investment ROI, pipeline development, and more.

This engaging, hands-on role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A, and will frequently interact with Senior Management, responding swiftly to business needs and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with Marketing and across the organization, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Analytics teams to establish and implement marketing KPIs to evaluate the ROI of various campaigns and facilitate discussions on pipeline creation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Marketing team to stay informed of current company strategies and execute accordingly.
- Work with cross-functional teams to oversee headcount, marketing initiatives, and discretionary spending.
- Analyze operational and financial outcomes, including monthly trends and drivers, using insights to update forecasts and highlight potential concerns with appropriate recommendations.
- Partner with Marketing HR business partners and recruiters for headcount planning, understanding business needs and timing for hires and team transitions.
- Exhibit intellectual curiosity and manage interdependencies with other company processes to recommend scalable long-term processes, architecture, and systems.
- Collaborate with Marketing to prepare monthly and quarterly management reports as needed, including executive presentations, investor reporting, QBRs, and other ad hoc requests.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A, preferably supporting GTM teams such as Marketing and Sales.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related business discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Highly analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment (SAAS preferred).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to develop accurate and efficient operational processes.
- History of managing multiple projects simultaneously from various stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles (including accruals, account reconciliations, and capitalization vs. expense).
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Index/Match, etc.) with the ability to analyze large datasets and generate reports.
- Experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, and Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.

The actual offer will depend on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
