The Position

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Financial Analyst to support our Global Customer Success division. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A for COGS, R&D, and Consolidations, this prominent role involves delivering strategic financial analysis and insights to enhance decision-making and improve the financial outcomes of our customer-focused operations. You will work closely with business leaders to facilitate core planning processes—monthly, quarterly, and annually. Your responsibilities will include variance analysis of expenses and headcount, as well as maintaining a portion of our financial model to accurately project future performance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative finance team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Customer Success and Professional Services divisions.
  • Examine key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations to management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Support, Managed Services, Operations, and Finance, to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, emphasizing performance against targets and key metrics.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, gathering input from stakeholders, analyzing trends, and presenting financial projections.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as necessary to support strategic initiatives and ongoing improvement efforts within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Finance Partner supporting Professional Services, collaborating with functional leaders to achieve operational and functional objectives.
  • Experience in an FP&A environment, specifically modeling headcount and expenses.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools, ERP, and CRM systems is required; experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (e.g., basic revenue recognition rules, company capitalization policies, and proper expense timing).
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Capacity to critically assess the output of financial models and explore options for enhancement.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid educational background in Finance, such as a BA/BS degree in finance or accounting, accompanied by 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
