Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive Senior Financial Analyst to support our Customer Success division. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for Cost of Goods Sold, Research & Development, and Consolidations, this pivotal role will provide critical financial insights to enhance decision-making and improve the financial outcomes of our customer-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Support, Managed Services, Operations, and Finance, to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, showcasing performance against established targets.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, gathering input from stakeholders and analyzing financial trends.
- Conduct special projects and ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Finance Partner in a Professional Services environment, working closely with functional leaders.
- Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis, particularly in modeling expenses and headcount.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools, ERP, and CRM systems; experience with Adaptive Planning is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to create and maintain complex financial models and critically assess their outputs.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Educational background in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience.
