Position Overview

Blood Assurance, a prominent regional blood bank, is seeking a Williamson County Account Manager to cultivate and manage group accounts in the designated area.

The core responsibilities of the Williamson County Account Manager encompass engaging with existing and prospective accounts to facilitate and promote blood drives aimed at collecting essential blood products for patients in need. This role necessitates travel within the region for 3-4 days each week, alongside collaboration with operational teams to achieve monthly collection targets. Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with community and organizational leaders is vital for garnering support for our critical mission.

Ideal candidates for the Williamson County Account Manager position will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant outside sales experience, complemented by a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.
  • A high level of creativity and enthusiasm, paired with advanced problem-solving capabilities, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both polished and professional, with the ability to educate, influence, negotiate, and secure business agreements.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including public and community leaders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment where conditions may change rapidly.
  • Proficient data management and computer skills, along with strong organizational abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The capacity to work autonomously as a self-starter, inspiring community partners about our mission and consistently achieving blood collection objectives.
