Customer Service Representative

We're a leading online retailer of nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate, with a rich history dating back to the Great Depression. Our family-owned business has evolved over the years, and we're now looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Kiosk Sales Associate.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and engage with customers as they approach the kiosk, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest solutions to their needs, using your product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
  • Process payments and manage cash registers with ease, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Set and attain sales goals, working collaboratively with the team to drive business growth.
  • Provide expert advice on products, sales, and promotions, using your knowledge to upsell and increase store sales.
  • Prepare and serve popcorn, adding a personal touch to the customer experience.
  • Clean and restock the store after closing, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

  • Availability to work in the evenings, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
  • The ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours and lift 50lbs, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
