We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join our Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) team at Amazon. As an Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the global presence of ACX, our creator marketplace that connects rightsholders with performers and producers to create their audiobooks.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and top-tier creators to understand their goals and advocate for their needs. This includes supporting the launch of critical features and programs, growing the global ACX community, and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the success of ACX participants.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of building relationships with creators, publishers, or literary agencies, preferably within the audio industry or a comparable area. You will also have experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, using data and metrics to drive improvements, and speaking publicly.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, and not afraid to take risks. As an Associate Manager, you will be a trusted voice of the creator in all internal discussions, guiding the iterative improvement of internal processes, systems, and practices that support ACX content partnerships and the business as a whole.

Minimum Qualifications
