Key Responsibilities- Answer Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns.
- Research and Resolve Issues: Independently research and resolve customer issues, utilizing available resources and knowledge to provide effective solutions.
- Enter Customer Information: Accurately enter customer information into our system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our protocols.
- Process Orders and Forms: Process customer orders, forms, and applications in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Escalate Priority Issues: Identify and escalate priority issues, including complaints, to the appropriate resource, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and successfully complete a HIPAA exam.
