The Night Concierge/Security Officer will be responsible for front desk operations, ensuring a friendly and helpful atmosphere for all visitors. This position involves conducting regular patrols of the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly addressing any unusual activities. The officer will assist residents, staff, and guests, ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system, assisting residents and vendors with inquiries.
- Welcome all visitors with a positive demeanor.
- Control access for family members, vendors, and guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community throughout the shift.
- Monitor security cameras for any suspicious activity.
- Ensure all entry points are secure and free from hazards.
- Respond effectively to alarms and emergencies.
- Assist management with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Complete maintenance requests and data entry as assigned.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Perform light cleaning duties as necessary.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current security guard certification is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in safety or hospitality, particularly in a front desk or security role.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to integrity.
- Ability to remain vigilant, make sound decisions, and stay calm under pressure.
