Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Justice System Development Coordinator to join our team at the Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and coordination of Comprehensive Tribal Justice Systems Strategic Planning initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the Tribal Planning Team and Justice System Programs to facilitate project alignment with grant requirements.
  2. Data Collection and Analysis: Support the creation of data-driven strategies to enhance tribal justice systems and youth programs.
  3. Grant and Budget Management: Partner with financial staff to oversee program budget and expenditures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in grants & project management, strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with tribal cultures and values is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $81,956/year. Relocation to Unalaska, Alaska is required.
