Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations and Guest Services Representative to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Make and confirm reservations, and assist guests with problems or questions.
  • Obtain necessary information to guarantee rooms and perform front desk, call center, and other hotel-related duties as needed.
  • Answer reservation inquiries and provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
