Customer Experience Ambassador

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at Dave & Buster's, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience. You will be responsible for guiding guests through their Midway experience, providing exceptional service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun.
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and managers.
Requirements:
Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Read and write handwritten notes.
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
Walk or stand 100% of shift.
Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
