Customer Experience Ambassador

 

At Silver Slipper Casino, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our Player Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a positive atmosphere throughout the casino.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register arriving guests, obtain payment information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Solicit new gaming customers, promoting our Players' Club and related promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of player tracking systems, promotions, events, and general property information.
  • Create and issue Players Services cards, promoting the program and related benefits.
  • Ensure the integrity of our database by following precise data entry standards.
  • Protect customer rewards and credit lines, resolving billing discrepancies and settling account balances.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, providing general information and ensuring a pleasant stay in our hotel.
  • Print and process routine reports, assisting in the training of new departmental employees.
  • Promote positive public/employee relations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service, discreetly notifying management of concerns and observations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
