Automated Machinery Assembler

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret and analyze technical blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ascertain assembly requirements and specifications.
- Assemble and integrate diverse mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to construct automated machinery in accordance with product specifications.
- Install and align machine components to ensure optimal fit and operational functionality.
- Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of machine components, subassemblies, and complete systems to guarantee proper operation and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineers and team members to identify and rectify technical challenges encountered during the assembly and testing phases.
- Engage with customers and suppliers as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Machine Builder, Machine Assembler, or in a comparable role within manufacturing.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of assembly techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address technical issues.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Regularly required to move, lift, transport, position, and install equipment and materials exceeding 20 pounds.
