PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to grasp assembly requirements and specifications.
  • Assemble and integrate diverse mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to construct automated machinery according to product specifications.
  • Install and align machine components to ensure optimal fit and functionality.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of machine components, subassemblies, and complete systems to guarantee proper operation and compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and team members to identify and resolve technical challenges during the assembly and testing phases.
  • Engage with customers and vendors as required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Machine Builder, Machine Assembler, or in a similar capacity within manufacturing.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints accurately.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with mechanical assembly techniques and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively address technical issues.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Frequently required to move, lift, transport, position, and install equipment and materials exceeding 20 lbs.
