Position Overview: The selected candidate will engage in providing technical support and service at various customer locations, focusing on troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and training related to industrial automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver field service and commissioning assistance for industrial machinery.
  • Collaborate with customers and local trades to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Conduct debugging and servicing of electrical components.
  • Provide end-user training on equipment operation.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLC-based systems.
  • Program and troubleshoot HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
  • Develop new PLC and HMI applications based on customer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Mechatronics degrees will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as VB, C / C++, or C# is essential.
  • Understanding of electrical circuits, schematic interpretation, design, and troubleshooting is necessary.
  • Mathematical proficiency in geometry and trigonometry is expected.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude is required.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are crucial.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows TM and Office applications is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time is mandatory.
